  • Excellent knowledge of the tyre industry, market trends, and competition.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • No Criminal Record

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth in untapped markets.
  • Lead sales meetings to review targets, set future sales goals, and provide guidance to the sales team.
  • Forecast monthly sales and monitor performance against targets, taking proactive measures to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Compile comprehensive monthly sales reports, analysing performance, trends, and opportunities, and present them to the COO and CEO.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify new business development opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies by leveraging market analysis to inform monthly pricelists and promotions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that support sales objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Grow the customer base across traditional, formal and informal channels by targeting and acquiring new customers.
  • Identify new product lines and opportunities for diversification to increase revenue and meet market demands.
  • Establish a clear operational structure for the internal sales team, defining responsibilities, goals and processes to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Compile customer proposals, reports, and quotations with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the internal and external sales team, fostering a highperformance culture and providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other sales, procurement and administrative duties as directed by management.

Salary:
R35, R50,000.00 per month
