_Main purpose:
_


The Sales Manager - Alliance Partners will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within our Alliance partner business unit which includes Strategic Projects, Financial Sector, Insurance Sector and Vehicle Rental Industry and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading, and motivating a high-performing sales team and cultivating strong relationships with key partners.

_Sales Strategy and Execution_

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Alliance partner's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and Alliance Partners needs to refine strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure measurement, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

_Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting them in achieving their individual and collective sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

_Partner Relationship Management_

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, exceeding client expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Alliance Partners, offering strategic insights and building longlasting partnerships.

_Market Expansion and Business Development_

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets within the sector, in driving expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential areas for growth.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse sales metrics, performance data, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and strategies.
