As a flexible Brand Champion, you will promote the brand and build support for it internally and externally. You will also develop strategies that create brand loyalty among the employees.

In your first few weeks in this Customer Service role, you can expect to:

  • Educate Advisors on the campaign's brand core values
  • Build campaign brand recognition by successfully promoting why the client is the brand of choice
- incentives and other initiatives

  • Remain uptodate on the latest innovations within the client's field of business
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, or related fields
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and organisational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
