**Responsibilities of the Role**

**Employer Branding**:

- Collaborate with the Business Partner to execute employer branding plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent that currently ties into the organization.
- Manage employer brand content across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, company website, job boards, and employee review sites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and design content.

**Communication and content creation**:

- Execute internal communication plans that align with the company's goals and culture in collaboration with your team lead.
- Contribute to the organizational communications during changes to facilitate transparency and employee understanding.
- Support HR initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, onboarding programs, training and development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Content creation: Write and design compelling content for various People-related communication materials, including presentations, brochures, videos, and infographics. Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the company's tone and style.
- Manage employer branding-related social media accounts and create content that showcases the company culture and values while monitoring response rate/ engagement activity.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Be part of the design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support with surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee communication and engagement.
- Organize and promote employee events, recognition programs, and other engagement activities.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate between HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of communication strategies, design and tone.

**Measurement and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication and branding initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements of the Role**
- Qualification in communications, marketing/design.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Knowledge of HR and Marketing tools, and Microsoft Office 365.

**_ Knowledge and Abilities _**
- Knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Product Hunt) and the type of content that resonates on each.
- Excellent language and grammar skills, project management skills, but also know when (and how) to break the rules.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in assuring every post is error free.
- Design skills with appropriate taste levels.
- Ability to solve moderate problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
- Ability to leverage a technical mindset with a creative and analytical approach to problem solving._ _
- Passion for results; able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
