Marketing Data Analyst

At Performer Recruitment and Consulting, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our Insights department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team with data and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Team with data analytics, reporting, and insights to drive strategic growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Brand Managers to produce analytical dashboards and reports.
  • Train the Marketing Team on critical BI tools and champion their use within the business.
  • Work with the Head of Insights to support the business in achieving KPIs through data analysis and strategic projects.
Requirements
  • Robust statistical, analytical, and data visualization skills.
  • Passion for data analysis and storytelling through numbers.
  • Exceptional track record of developing world-class dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to draw insights from multiple information sources and present them effectively to different audiences.
  • Experience working with Marketing teams on brand planning, marketing activities, and cyclical workflows.
  • Solid understanding of the FMCG product marketplace, particularly brand marketing and commercial levers.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workflows and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and agility to work across various data resources and BI platforms.
  • Attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
Desired Experience & Qualification
    • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Insights, or a similar role.
    • FMCG experience; Beverage Alcohol industry experience preferred.
    • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Pyramid, Power BI, Qlik).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Data modeling/SQL experience is advantageous.
