We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Performer Recruitment. As a key member of our Insights department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Marketing Team with all data and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Team and the wider business with data analytics, reporting, and insights.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Managers to produce analytical dashboards and reports.
  • Train the Marketing Team on critical Business Intelligence tools and champion their use within the business.

Requirements

  • Robust statistical, analytical, and data visualization skills.
  • Passion for data analysis and storytelling through numbers.
  • Exceptional track record of developing world-class dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to draw insights from multiple information sources and present them effectively to different audiences.
  • Experience working with Marketing teams on brand planning, marketing activities, and cyclical workflows.
  • Solid understanding of the FMCG product marketplace, particularly brand marketing and commercial levers.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workflows and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and agility to work across various data resources and Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
  • Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Insights, or a similar role.
  • FMCG experience; Beverage Alcohol industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Pyramid, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data modeling/SQL experience is advantageous.
