Our client, a leading company in clothing exports, seeks the services of a highly skilled and organized Mandarin-speaking and writing SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR to join their team.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, assisting with day-to-day office tasks, and handling communication in Mandarin with our international clients.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Translate documents, emails, and other communication materials from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with international clients in Mandarin.
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations in Mandarin.
  • Assist with maintaining office efficiency by organizing files, handling office supplies, and managing office equipment.
  • Maintain and organize files and records in both English and Mandarin.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary/Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
