Our client, situated in the Agter-Paarl area, is one of South Africa's largest olive oil producers. They are seeking to appoint a Financial and Administrative Officer to join their team.

Main duties:

  • Order management
  • Invoicing of clients
  • Payment of invoices
  • Payment of wages
  • Daily cashup balancing
  • Arranging deliveries
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with a relevant qualification
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Pastel
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail focused and accurate
