Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful will be expected to assist with the following:

  • Sourcing of Tenders/RFQ using various platforms.
  • Responding to Tenders/RFQs.
  • Completing tender/RFQ documents.
  • Submission of tenders/RFQs.
  • Sourcing of quotations from various suppliers.
  • Preparing and submitting invoices.
  • Facilitating deliveries.
  • Attending Briefing sessions.
  • Preparing a client database.
  • Reporting on the tender administration process.
  • General administration.
  • Any other duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 1
  • Any relevant qualification in either Office Administration/Business Management/Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain/Logistics will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year professional experience in either Sales/Business development/ General Administration/ Marketing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Knowledge of General Office Administration
  • Excellent General Administration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Working independently and as a team member
  • Must reside or be based in either Centurion, Olievenhoutbosch, Diepsloot, Atteridgeville, Tembisa or Midrand (Canddiates from any of these areas bill be given priority)

Job Types:

R3,000.00 per month
