Job DescriptionThe Operations Support Administrator will support the internal workings of the business. The focus of this role will be general business administration and coordinating day-to-day operations. The environment is multicultural and diverse and requires a people's person; someone who can communicate well at various levels. The successful candidate will be required to proactively contribute to the growth and success of the company's business operations. Must be able to work in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of all vendor motivation papers
  • System administration for the Program
  • Financial administration
  • Vendor invoicing and billing management
  • Vetting of contracts provided for projects
  • Calculating and monitoring project revenue
  • Tracing and monitoring of practice expenses
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Liaising with and updating the Finance team on all revenue and invoicing
  • Liaise closely across other work streams within the business to ensure the optimization of people, client engagements and operations
  • Coordinate team events meetings
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as they arise
Requirements

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of key strategy and structured problem-solving concepts
  • Express ideas and opinions through creative, effective, and articulate business writing skills and demonstrate
an ability to proofread their work as well as that of others

  • Demonstrate understanding and application of MS Office applications: Ability to create presentations, update
spreadsheets, manage file repositories and SharePoint project site,

  • Have a basic understanding of people management and team dynamics
  • Encourage cooperation and communication amongst teams in the Practice
Support the team to remain focused under pressure

  • Strive to continuously improve own and Practice processes
  • Have the ability to develop Practice insights through data analysis and research in order to deliver a real value
