Main Responsibilities

Receptionist:

  • Operating the switchboard and answering all incoming calls
  • Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
  • Office administration (printing, binding for meetings)
  • Managing boardroom bookings
  • Sending and receiving of couriers
  • Managing credit card slips from management
  • Coordinating of the office maintenance
  • Office induction of new employees (show them to parking bays and health and safety walk
through)

  • Organising new access card and lost cards for the office
  • Organising food and drinks for office meetings
  • Assisting the marketing team with ordering items from suppliers, buying refreshments for
meetings and helping with the execution of staff events

Personal Assistant:

  • Booking flights and transfers for the CEO and Managing Directors
  • Sourcing meeting venues
  • Managing diaries
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

Experience and Qualifications

Work Experience:

2-3 years' experience in the receptionist industry.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Telephone etiquette
  • Confident, selfmotivated individual
  • Be an active team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Services Business
  • Ability to use initiative and multitask
  • Strategic Innovative thinking and delivery
  • Good coordination skills
