Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for a Channel Management Administrator. The Channel Management Administrator will be responsible for managing room rates across various online travel and other third-party channels.

They will work closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal distribution for each property within the hotel group.


Requirements:

Relevant Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, revenue management

Expedia and Agoda is preferred
Analytical skills and comfort with working and manipulating data to enhance overall revenue performance of the hotel group
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and execute on initiatives with mínimal supervision
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue management systems
A passion for Hospitality is a must

Duties include but not limited to:
Rate creation, updating and maintenance
Room type configuration, description, mapping
GDS loading, maintenance, mapping
Third party distribution, mapping, maintenance (eRes, Travelclick, Tourplan etc.)
Corporate annual rate update
STO annual rate update
GDS loading, maintenance, mapping
Maintain and update reservations selling sequence
Profile creation and rate loading against profiles
Updating policies on all platforms
Test sell all rate products
Ad hoc investigations for rate loading queries
Rate load, market segment audits
Create/maintain new or existing API connections
Support property and sales requests
Inform relevant parties on updates and information, e.g. client rates loaded and bookable

Salary:
R24, R25,000.00 per month
