  • Prepare client files for meetings
  • Update Xplan per company workflow procedure
  • Manage diary and control annual review process
  • Prepare and complete documents as required
  • Prepare new business and service packs handed to Administration Department for processing
  • Conduct followups and tracking of business i.e. New business,Services
  • Assist with ad hoc client queries
  • Attend and assist with client functions when needed
  • Download and update policy schedules for retainer / financial / articled planners
  • Assist with providers
  • Complete requests on behalf of Financial Planners as per company workflow procedures
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Matric qualification
  • Meet requirements in terms of FAIS
  • Minimum of 3 years financial services experience
  • Strong MS Office, Excel Xplan skills
  • Able to deliver specific deadlines
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High ethical standards
