KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a call centre agent, you may be required to work in both the inbound and outbound call centre.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

  • To professionally resolve inbound queries from clients and all relevant parties.
  • To ensure that queries which are unable to be resolved immediately are followed up and resolved within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Answering inbound calls timeously.
  • Making outbound calls to clients and other relevant parties to request for further information that is outstanding for query resolution.
  • Calling members back timeously to provide comprehensive feedback on queries.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed with regards to queries through to resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate details of all queries.
  • Data capturing.
  • Adhoc functions where required / necessary.
  • To keep abreast of product knowledge through continued assessments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 12 months call centre experience
  • Matric. Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Proficient in English and at least 4 other languages
  • Excellent verbal and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and comprehension of the English language
  • Experience in healthcare or medical insurance industry
  • FAIS accredited / RE 5
