IT Support Technician

We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a First Line IT Support Specialist.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for providing technical support to our local users, addressing hardware and software issues, and ensuring a seamless IT experience.
Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Technical Support Pro: You'll be the superhero solving technical issues for end-users through various communication channels. Troubleshooting and resolving problems with hardware and software will be your daily bread.
Security Guardian: Uphold IT security policies and best practices, keeping our systems safe from potential risks.

Ticket Master: Ensure internal requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently through our IT ticketing system. Customer satisfaction is the name of the game.

Communication Maestro: Keep the Head of IT in the loop with crucial information, identifying local issues or areas for improvement.

Inventory Wizard: Keep tabs on our IT inventory, including hardware assets and software licenses. Assist in procurement processes when the need arises.

Documentation Whiz: Document internal procedures and improve documentation for a smoother operation.

Tech Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support process.
