HR Administrator

HR Administrator with a Diploma in HR, and minimum 3 years' Operational HR Administration experience, preferably in the construction, mining or manufacturing industry, required to perform administrative support duties for the HR Team.
Minimum requirements:
- HR Diploma essential
- Minimum 3 years' HR Administration experience in operational capacity essential
- Previous HR experience in a generalist capacity within the construction, mining or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of BCEA, OHSA, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act and Employment Equity Act required

- Stakeholder relationship management
- Safety, Health and Environment Compliance
