Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Logistics
  • Minimum of 8 years postgraduate engineering logistics
and management experience with extensive exposure to a

technical equipment engineering environment

  • A valid Code B driver's licence
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with logistics
and supply chain that support operations and maintenance

in technical environments (e.g. plants, power grids)

  • Proficiency in compiling and managing budgets
  • Sound project management skills and experience in
managing resources on major and minor technical

projects

  • High degree of computer literacy with advanced
Microsoft Excel skills

  • Sound ERP system knowledge and skills, particularly
SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management

  • Sound master data governance knowledge
  • Excellent business process design skills
Key Performance Areas

  • EAM Master Data Governance, including master data design,
maintain logistics management task lists and forum

representation

  • EAM Business Process Custodianship, such as EAM business
process design, improvement, documentation and support

  • Manage and deliver the provision of EAM related master data
and business process support to Electricity infrastructure

asset owning personnel, such as EAM training support and

informal knowledge sharing, training and coaching

  • Monitor and manage the monitoring of Electricity EAM related
process performance, conducting technical investigations into

process defects or failures, review master data quality, monitor

master data change activity, ensure EAM KPIs are published and

provide general EAM process and master data support

  • Participate in the management of the EGD EAM Internal System
Support Section in order to provide an efficient and

comprehensive service to the EAM related infrastructure asset

owning business units in EGD pertaining to EAM business
