REQUIRED LEARNING

  • Grade 1
  • Computer Literate Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel (Essential)
  • At least 23 years of IT industry experience
  • IT/Admin/Sales Qualification preferred.
  • Administration certification/qualification would be advantageous.
  • Project Administration experience would be advantageous.
  • Pastel knowledge would be advantageous.
  • A+ and N+ would be advantageous.
  • IT Product knowledge would be advantageous (e.g. familiarity with Microsoft products)

KEY JOB OUTPUTS

  • Ensure all quotes are invoiced.
  • Raise quotes and Invoices when needed and ensure Clients are billed correctly.
  • Complete all admin for small projects and Small Value Clients.
  • Assist with booking travel arrangements.
  • Liaising with clients and assisting with queries, where possible
  • Assist with gathering Freshdesk/4me stats
  • Assist with following up on Freshdesk/4me escalations for all clients
  • Obtains quotations and supporting documents for expenditures from Service Providers
  • Ensure tickets are logged with Stores to collect stock where necessary and arrange with Stores to deliver stock to applicable client site(s)
  • Ensure minutes of meetings are taken and sent to SDAM/SDAC thereafter
