Our client has been operating for just over a decade within the capital markets space of real estate.

Via a proven network of industry contacts and innovative on-line products, they provide sales and acquisition solutions to landlords & buyers of large commercial properties, as well as some leasing services to purchasers.

With the founders having both National and International experience in all manner of property transactions over more than two decades, they are in fortunate position of offering a bespoke service which challenges the norms of "property broking" and instead provides accurate valuations and technologically backed advise on both the sell and buy side.

To support the founders, a deal maker and a research analyst, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator who

understands the full process of commercial property sales. Based at their contemporary offices close to the Waterfront, they are looking for an individual with a high level of professionalism and excellent organizational skills who will run the office whilst they are primarily on the road. This will include everything from monthly invoicing to PA duties, calculating commission & oversight of payroll (via external accountants), ordering of office supplies, control of digital public platforms & even light property management for a multi-tenanted building which they own. However, by far the most time consuming and important aspect of this role will be the back/middle office processing of sales and lease agreements. This will include liaising with attorneys, purchases and sellers to ensure that the documentation needed to complete the conveyancing process is accurately produced and efficiently distributed. A role of this level nature requires someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a property sales administrative position, at least 2 years of office administration experience and a matric certificate. An ability to communicate effectively both telephonically and face to face is essential, as are technical skills in all MS Office products. Experience in MDA software is also highly advantageous.
