Support Hub Administrator

We are currently recruiting a Support Hub Advisor to join our team and provide daily support to our student body and faculty heads.
This position will be at our campus in Broadacres, Johannesburg.About You:
- Relevant NQF level 7 degree, preferably an IT graduate
- Customer service experience
- Technical aptitude attributes
- Good business communication (both written and verbal)
- Experience in frontline customer service Presentation skills
- Experience using MS Excel, LMS, CMS, HTML, CSS
Duties will include:
- Provide efficient support to ensure student and staff satisfaction
- Develop learner management systems reports to track learners progress
- Monitor call quality and logs (feeding into trend analysis)
- Manage inbound engagements and conduct a minimum of 50 answered out bounds calls per day outbound campaign dependent
- Onboarding of learners
- Manage new enrolments and onboarding
- Conduct outbound call campaigns
- Provide regular reports on escalations
- Provide support during live Hub sessions
Course reviews
- Quality assure our online content for consistency
- Hubber Huddle participation attend weekly team check in meeting
- Explain to students how to navigate the Chartall Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure that all calls are recorded through general notes on the learner management system and the excel track sheet
- Frequently test and review LMS reports and compare data against manual reports
- Management of the Faculty mailbox
- Management of the campus WhatsApp group
