Field Agent Coordinator

MobifyTracker, a dynamic division of Shared Mobility Africa, is currently seeking passionate and results-driven Field Agent Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team.
As a Field Agent Coordinator, you will have the chance to support the coordination of field agents, assist in service schedules, and contribute to the efficient delivery of technical support services If you are enthusiastic about sales, have a keen interest in innovative mobility solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the daily activities of field agents, including scheduling service calls, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Support the communication between field agents, clients, and internal teams to facilitate the resolution of technical issues and the delivery of quality service.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of field service activities, including service tickets, work orders, and client communication logs.
- Help track inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies needed for field service operations and assist in coordinating procurement as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Field Agent Coordinator and other team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficient field service management.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, documentation, and report generation, to assist in the smooth operation of field service activities.
- Learn about industrystandard tools and technologies used in field service management and contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in performing tasks and maintaining records.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge in field service coordination.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or project coordination is a plus but not required.
