Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Learning and Development Manager at TLT Appointing PTY Ltd located in Umhlanga. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs for employees. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions. The Learning and Development Manager will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Honours or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Organisation Development, Education and Training (OD-ETDP)

Experience

  • 5-8 years experience establishing and managing learning and development programmes and operations with experience of identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience of introducing learning technologies and systems to support the delivery of a broad portfolio of interventions
  • Experience of procurement, contracting and flexible budget management
