As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs to support the professional growth and development of employees.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning plans, and deliver engaging and effective training programs. You will also oversee the management of the company's learning management system and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the company's learning initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop individual and organizational learning plans.
  • Developing and delivering engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
  • Overseeing the management of the company's learning management system, including content development, course scheduling, and user support.
  • Conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Identifying and recommending external training resources and vendors as needed.
  • Managing the learning and development budget and tracking expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Tracking and reporting on learning and development metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the company's learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs and modalities.
  • Experience managing a learning management system or other learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
