HR Officer

This role offers the opportunity to support the Assistant General Manager with a variety of HR tasks and general administrative duties, with potential for career growth into a full HR role.
The job title is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience, ranging from HR Assistant to HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and managing employee contracts
- Leave administration and tracking
- Support in the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with recruitment efforts
- General HR administration and record-keeping
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support
- A proactive and motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the HR field
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks, some of which may fall outside of a structured HR role
- Strong written communication skills, with a good command of English
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is preferred
