JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in HR / Personnel field.
- Relevant work experience in Human Resources as a generalist.
- Experience of Microsoft, electronic Leave and Time & Attendance systems will be an advantage.
- Applied Understanding of HR administrative duties.
- Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
- Neat handwriting.
- Accurate capturing of large volume of HR related information.
- Handling administrative and filing duties.
- **JOB OUTPUTS**_
- To provide a personnel support service for related functions.
- To process staff engagements/on boarding for new employees in accordance with company Policies and Procedures, and Conditions of Service.
- To monitor, process and maintain all staff movements and changes and to prepare and distribute the correspondence relating to it.
- To process staff terminations in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and all related legislation, reconcile leave on termination and prepare documents for UIF and Benefits Department.
- To attend to general correspondence and enquiries.
- To update and maintain Personnel files and archives.
- Carry out full audits of Personnel files at prescribed intervals and ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures, and the requirements of related legislation and in terms of HR best practice.
