  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the lead database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
    Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Create and schedule social media posts.
  • Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyses social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
    Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and videography to create multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
    Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on the performance of lead generation and social media campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.




Requirements
  • Lead Generation:
  • Expertise in using lead generation tools and software
  • Ability to create and manage lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    Social Media Marketing:
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
  • Ability to create engaging content and multimedia.
    Content Creation:
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to produce visual content (e.g., graphics, videos).
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
    Digital Marketing:
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing.
    Technical Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
