Our client is a professional small business that has been in operation for over 20 years, we are looking to recruit a mature and reliable Accounts Administrator/PA for this half day post, based in Morningside Sandton.

Responsibilities
  • Pastel Accounting invoicing and statements
  • Manage all Debtors and Creditors
  • Internal Sales quotes
  • Organize office operations and procedures, supervise staff.
  • Liaise with agencies, staff, clients, organizations and groups.
  • Maintain office equipment, ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Answering calls and handling queries, managing of electronic diary, book meetings, organize all travel locally and internationally. Conducting research on the internet.
  • Planning, organizing and managing events internally and externally.
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging the necessary repairs; Garden, Pool etc.
  • Work may vary from running the administrative side to overseeing the office work and punctuality of numerous staff.
  • Maintain all Properties & liaise with rental agencies
  • Company travel coordination
  • Training room booking & organizing of Boardroom snacks
  • Office stationery
  • Vehicle licensing & fines
  • Interacting with SARS


Requirements
  • Pastel experience essential.
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite, specifically excel.
  • Administrative and filling skills.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
