A leading Food Service Distributor seeks an efficient Admin Clerk to assist the National Sales Accounts Team.
- **Requirements ~**_
- Great plains. **advanced excel a must** & MicroStrategy experience advantageous.
- Very good communication skills & be fully conversant in English
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work with internal & external customers telephonically
- High energy levels
- Disciplined, honest, reliable & presentable
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team
- Must be able to work after hours at times when required
- Ability to multitask
- **Duties include ~**_
- Loading of national & regional contracts in great plains
- Filing customer / internal documentation
- Assisting KAM’s with price files & contract management with advanced excel preparations
- Preparations of price increases or contract changes as and when received
- Creating & loading of catalogues in various external customer platforms
- Online ordering Integration project involvement in loading of products / implementing processes
- GP & Volume reports
- Assisting with general enquiries & calls
