About the role:
We are proud to work with a varied range of clients and deliver award-winning campaigns. We have an ever-expanding need to acquire and retain a best in market portfolio of reward partners to work with us. Our Partnership and Content team are continuously busy at work to achieve this.
As the Partnerships Agent you play an essential role in the success of our campaigns, as you are responsible for what makes us unique. This is not for the faint of heart but if you think you can handle the pace, read on…….
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Acquire new partners – You won’t be afraid of the phone after all you will spend a lot of time on it briefing potential new UK based reward partners on who we are, what we do, and what how we can work together, but you’ll also use creative means to create new partnership opportunities.
- Retain existing partners – You love to connect with people and you are a strong communicator building and retaining long term relationships by keeping regular contact.
- Have your finger on the pulse – You constantly stay up to date on what consumers love and drive innovation in the partners that we on-board.
- Be proactive –You are always looking for new ways to actively source and recruit new partners. They say the fortune is in the follow up and you’re not one to let anything slip through the gaps.
- Be Rewarded – Our targets are achievable and our commission structure is uncomplicated. You’ll be encouraged to hit your goals and even exceed the rest is up to you
- Go Global – We are an award winning global agency, currently in over 14 markets. Our HQ is in London and you will have opportunities to collaborate and connect with specialist in your field from all over the world on a regular basis.

A bit about you:
- You have a burning desire to learn and grow, quick to learn with some telemarketing or sales experience under your belt
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A natural people person with a positive energy and an ability to influence
- A team-first mentality and be driven to hit personal and team goals
- You will be required to use excel, word and our internal CRM database, so a level of computer literacy will be needed
What success looks like in this role:
- Delivers to the campaign brief 100% of the time – provides the necessary products/suppliers to the required volume
- Closes on 1 in 5 contracts
- Attains a minimum of 30 new reward partners per month
- Makes between 50 or more calls per day
- Retains 90% of previously onboarded providers/venues
- Maintains on-going working relationships with clients
