Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join their team and ensure their guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Own vehicle and valid driver's license
Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
Empathetic

Duties:
Ensure guests are welcomed warmly, check-ins and check-outs are smooth, inquiries are addressed, and comprehensive information about the hotel and its surrounding areas is provided.
Excel in verbal and written communication, actively listen to guests' needs and effectively communicate with colleagues and other hotel departments.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhere to uniform standards, and be punctual, reliable, and courteous in all interactions.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling calls, processing reservations, and fulfilling guest requests.
Resolve issues promptly, including handling difficult guests, mediating conflicts, and addressing unexpected situations.
Familiarize yourself with computer systems and software to manage reservations, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
Work effectively with colleagues across departments to provide outstanding service and support.
