Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including website content, blogs, case studies, and white papers
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the recruitment industry - preferred
