What is the job about?

Develop the Sales for Commercial Building Segment for North / East & West Region in India and Some Export markets like Nepal / Bhutan and Bangladesh. Continuously identify and develop profitable growth opportunities in the Commercial Building Segment for the assigned Territory

Your main responsibilities:

Strategy development and execution with special focus on assigned business area. Developing, driving, implementing and maintaining Business strategies and Plans for assigned business area. Collect/analyse market and competitors' data. Evaluating business opportunities in sub-segments assigned business area. Creating tactical and targeted business recommendations based on thorough market and customer insights Ensure knowledge sharing regarding future customer needs and long-term market trends with relevant functions Continuously engage with customers and Sales Channels through regular visits. Represent segment at various events, e.g. exhibitions, customer events and seminars.

Your Background:

Bachelor degree of engineering, Science or Business Minimum 10-15 years of experience working within Sales / business development or similar function Proven results on Sales. Possesses good knowledge of best practices in Sales in regional market Proven record of cross-functional cooperation and responsibility for Sales at local and national level Should have experience of handling a TEAM of 5 to 6 people
