Our client within the Hardware Retail Industry is seeking to employ an Internal Sales role. Please note this is an EE Placement.

Genral Requirements:

- Qualifications required - **Matric, tertiary qualification will be beneficial.**:

- **7 to 10 years working experience in any administrative and/or fasteners & fixings environment with similar duties as outlined in this post.**:

- **Fastener knowledge and/or experience in fastener industry will be beneficial**:

- **Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills especially excell.**:

- **Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.**

**Duties**:

- Assembly of pre-packed stock based on packing information from packers per order / job card.
- Sales Quotes as and when required by clients / External sales / Management.
- Sales Mailboxes (2) to be actioned and cleared every day.
- Sales prices generated must be done in accordance with the SOP that includes Cash transactions and all terms and conditions of these sales.
- Loading of sales orders based on purchase orders / instructions received from clients. This includes any special orders.
- Invoicing sales orders based on packing information from packers per order.
- Continuous communication with clients and External Sales regarding status and delivery dates of orders.
- Back-order Management for Spot checking orders ready for dispatch.
- Vehicle inspections.
- Business Intelligence calls -.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling within existing clients.
- Booking of freight for national delivery with couriers.
- Generating COD customer accounts.
- Any reasonable instruction given by management.
- Generating costing sheets for price list preparations.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
