We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B lead generation to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to target potential clients and partners.
- Utilise lead generation platforms such as Dripify and Apollo to maximize outreach and engagement (experience with these platforms or similar platforms is preferential).
- Design and manage social media campaigns specifically aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimise lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Proficiency in lead generation platforms (Dripify, Apollo, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in running social media campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent skills in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
