AWS Support provides global technical support to a wide range of external customers as they build mission-critical applications on top of AWS services such as Amazon S3 and Amazon EC2. The team is a self-standing P&L with our ability to drive both Amazon Free Cash Flow and world-class customer experience. We have a team of talented engineers located in multiple locations around the world, and are growing rapidly.
AWS Support is seeking an experienced Program Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong training and development background. This role will act as the Program Manager for the Continue Education team for AWS Trust and Safety. You will work with people that are smart, passionate about cloud computing, and who believe world class support services are critical to customer success.

Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand business needs as they pertain to the new hire, analyze curriculum for training gaps, and work directly with other Program Managers and Curriculum Developers to continuously improve the continued education within AWS Trust and Safety. This is not a training delivery role as it does not involve regular classroom delivery of training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
