Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Strategist to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and governing the operational training function for allocated business units.

In this role, you will contribute towards effective talent development across business units and ensure that the learning strategy is operationalized across allocated business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a degree in a related field. They should also possess a qualification in OD ETDP and minimum 5 years' experience in an L&D Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage the operational training function in line with approved partner agreement, including client engagement.
  • Provide effective and accurate MI and reporting on the operational training function.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relations through engagement and demonstrating value during quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead trainers and training leads, including performance management, coaching and development of the team.
  • Establish talent development best practices and manage the implementation of best practices across allocated business units.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a field of management
  • Qualification in OD ETDP
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an L&D Manager role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) at an intermediate to advanced level - particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • Experience in L&D, HR and/or consulting in the BPO sector would be beneficial
  • Training, coaching and / or mentoring experience would be beneficial
Benefits and Remuneration

This role is based in Claremont with rotational shift 24/7, Monday to Sunday. We offer a competitive salary range of R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
