JOB SPEC

Brief CSSR Job description


• Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams


• Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages


• Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English & German which may include written correspondence.


• Fully paid product and systems training provided.


• Daily interactions with international passengers with bookings, queries and complaints.


• Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.


• Demanding and time-sensitive Contact Centre environment

Requirements


• Native level fluency in the German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (advanced level may be considered)


• Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills


• No criminal record


• Flexibility to work shifts on a 24/7 rotational basis


• Previous customer service experience preferred

Employment terms and conditions

1. Remuneration: N$ CTC per annum

2. Full time, Permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day

3. Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per week

- Rotational shifts Mondays - Sundays which include public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements.

- Specific operating hours may apply depending on account allocated TBD in interview stage (however flexibility is key)

4. Training: 4-6 weeks (Fully Paid)

5. Probation period: 4 months

6. Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)

7. Work from home may be considered:

- Fibre internet connection. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.

- UPS Solution required during load shedding / electricity outages
