We're Hiring — Personal Assistant (Gigi Restaurant, Waterfall City)
Gigi is looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant
to support our Executive Chef and Management team with day-to-day admin and coordination.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate calendar appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication
• Assist with restaurant admin, invoices, and filing
• Help with staff schedules and internal meetings
• Support reservations and guest communication when needed
• Schedule travel and help plan restaurant events
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
• Ability to travel when required
