Job Overview:

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level, hands-on support to the executive personal by managing daily personal routines, travel logistics, home readiness, and lifestyle requirements. This role requires precision, discretion, flexibility, and an exceptional eye for detail.

Salary Range: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

1. Morning Routine & Home Readiness

  • Ensure all household staff (maid, chef) are present and prepared.
  • Verify breakfast and lunch ingredients are available.
  • Charge all essential electronics and prepare the home office for the day.
  • Maintain personal items:
  • Review and summarize daily itinerary

2. Travel & Accommodation Management

  • Book flights always in alignment with executives preferred departure times.
  • Arrange hotel accommodations with specific preferences (smoking rooms, room service, etc.).
  • Ensure all travel bookings include 2 checked bags per leg.

3. Pre-Departure Checklist

  • Oversee packing, ensuring all essentials, IDs, and work items are included.
  • Stock vehicle with beverages, cigarettes, and other travel needs.
  • Coordinate driver and security team, ensuring readiness well ahead of flight time.
  • Secure and hand over house keys.

4. Post-Trip Preparation

  • Shop for and stock specified groceries prior to return.
  • Ensure the house is fully cleaned by the staff , organized, and stocked with fresh items.
  • Manage airport pickup logistics, vehicle readiness, and security presence.

5. Special Dietary Oversight

  • Ensure all food is strictly Halaal and free of seafood due to allergies.
  • Communicate dietary requirements clearly when making reservations or ordering meals.

6.  Various Clientele support

· Book Ubers and accommodations for visiting clients and VIP guests.

· Coordinate airport pickups and vehicle preparation for clients and guests.
