Vital College is looking for an experienced Facilitator (Independent Contractor) to join our team in Bellville, Cape Town

If you're passionate about education and have a strong background in Business Administration Services (NQF 4) or Generic Management (NQF 4), this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:


•Plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging training sessions


•
Prepare, conduct, and mark assessments


•
Deliver impactful learning experiences - both theoretical and practical

Requirements:


•
Relevant Business or Management qualification (NQF 6)


•
Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilitation, assessing, and moderating


•
Registered Assessor and Moderator with Services SETA


•
Knowledge of SAQA, SETA, and QCTO frameworks is an advantage
