Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated General Sales Assistants to join our team. This role involves supporting our sales team, engaging with customers, and helping drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Help organize and attend sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
