Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Bellville

Zone Fitness Bellville is looking for driven, confident, and service-orientated individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well under pressure, and thrives in a target-based environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Introduce potential members to our club and sell memberships
  • Create your own pipeline of leads through referrals, walk-ins, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth
  • Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months' sales experience (fitness industry experience is beneficial)
  • Computer literate
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Able to perform well in a high-activity sales environment
