Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Cape Quarter

Zone Fitness Cape Quarter is looking for passionate, confident, and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you thrive in a target-driven environment, love engaging with people, and are passionate about fitness, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell gym memberships to build the Cape Quarter branch's member base
  • Generate and manage leads through outreach, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Convert enquiries into active memberships through professional, friendly service
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Represent the Zone Fitness brand with pride, enthusiasm, and integrity

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness or service industry experience advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented
  • Able to perform well under pressure and in a competitive environment
