Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Bellville

Zone Fitness Bellville is expanding our sales team and we're looking for confident, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join us as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for fitness, this role could be your next career move.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell gym memberships to help grow the Bellville branch
  • Engage with walk-ins, enquiries, and community leads
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects through outreach and referrals
  • Convert interested individuals into committed, long-term members
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent effort
  • Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months' sales experience (fitness or retail industry experience is advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and highly self-motivated
  • Able to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment
