Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Fish Hoek

Zone Fitness Fish Hoek is recruiting energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy engaging with people, have a flair for sales, and are passionate about fitness, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell memberships to grow the Fish Hoek branch's community
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities
  • Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful membership sales
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with determination and drive
  • Deliver professional, friendly service while representing the Zone Fitness brand

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 6 months' sales experience (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
  • Computer literate
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, target-orientated, and resilient
  • Able to work under pressure and in a competitive sales environment
