to join our passionate team at our
Muizenberg office
and play a key role in supporting our financial processes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on
bookkeeping
and
financial administration
. You'll work closely with our Financial Manager, gaining exposure to various parts of the business—from financial controls to reporting and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Capture and reconcile transactions using
Xero
accounting software. - Manage creditors, debtors, petty cash, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile key retail accounts including
Checkers, Wellness Warehouse, Faithful to Nature, Food Lovers Market, and Clicks
. - Handle credit notes, claims, and goods received processes.
- Perform creditors clerk functions, including processing purchase orders, verifying invoices, scheduling payments, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
- Work closely with the Financial Manager and accounting partners to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Financial Management Support
- Collaborate with the
Financial Manager (FM)
on optimising financial systems and processes. - Support budgeting, reporting, and cost-efficiency tracking.

- Have experience in bookkeeping, financial admin, or retail/FMCG operations.
- Are confident with numbers and comfortable using accounting systems (Xero experience is a bonus).
