Finance Administrator

Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (various) Full time R40 000 - R60 000 per year

Responsible for maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements.

Based in Cape Town, Fixed term

Daily capturing and processing of bank statements, purchase orders, invoices

Management of petty cash

Processing of balance sheet

Reconciliation, as required, of relevant control accounts

Loading approved payments onto banking profiles, as required in accordance with process and procedures

Perform finance related duties as assigned by financial manager:

  • Assist with preparation of ad-hoc reports
  • Review compliance with standard company processes and procedures
  • Assist with all financial related outputs, as deemed necessary, such as annual audit preparation
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Financial Manager

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years Capturing invoices and bank statements Journals and manual adjustments
  • Financial reporting
  • 3-year Financial Diploma/ Degree
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new systems and operate all windows standard applications such as Outlook and MS Office.
