Financial Administrator
to join their team in
Woodstock, Cape Town
.

The
Financial Administrator
will support the finance team by maintaining records, managing daily transactions, and improving reporting systems. This role offers a strong growth trajectory as the company continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations in Xero.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with monthly accounts and financial reports.
  • Keep supplier and customer data up to date.
  • Support stock and cost accounting.
  • Help improve financial workflows.
  • Provide timely financial insights to management.
  • Organise and maintain financial documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • An in-progress professional designation is highly beneficial.
  • 2 years of minimum total experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
  • Experience using Xero is non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency in Excel is beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate is someone energetic, precise, and passionate about numbers and ready to take the next step in their Accounting career.

Salary:

  • R R35 000 per month CTC
    (dependent on qualification and experience)
