We're hiring fluent German speakers to join an international sales and business development team representing top-tier technology clients across Europe.

You'll engage directly with business decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality B2B leads. This is an outbound role — ideal for confident communicators who thrive in target-driven environments and enjoy building relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers across Europe
  • Conduct professional sales conversations and qualify potential leads
  • Record accurate data and insights into CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot)
  • Meet and exceed personal and team targets
  • Work closely with international team leaders and clients

Requirements

  • Fluent German + strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
  • Consistent work history with strong references
  • Confident, engaging phone presence
  • Competent in Excel and CRM platforms
  • Able to work full-time from our Cape Town office (08:00–17:00 SAST)
