Drive Business Growth in South Africa – Business Development Executive OpportunityJoin Future Group as we expand our reach in the South African market. We are searching for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive who excels at building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and driving sales within the services sector. Make a direct impact in a dynamic, multicultural environment based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development & Sales (Cape Town)- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using cold calling, social networking, and participation in local industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored, engaging presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Work closely with the Cape Town team to meet and exceed monthly revenue and growth targets.
- Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and market insights to the leadership team.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales for services, with a focus on business development or client acquisition.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and securing new accounts.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in the localisation industry is an advantage.
